This one the best beaches in coastal karnataka region. If you're travelling to Gokarna, you should come to this place. Good place to click some amazing pictures.

Very clean and quiet beach. Very less crowded on week days. This beach is not commercialised like other beaches of Uttara Kannada (Gokarna, Murdeshwar etc) . The views are great. Easily accessible from highway. Kids can enjoy a dedicated kids play area, war museum and rock garden. However, the aquarium seems to be closed now. My photos may not be that good as we took photos during a cloudy and rainy day.

Nice, cleanest beach ever seen. Great for long walks. Visit for Beautiful sunset or evening walks. There are stalls for enjoying awesome street food, soda, ice cream. Must visit when around karwar. There are other public places like rock garden, warship museum, aquarium, drivein restaurant nearby beach.. Also they have started adventure sports(kayaking, jetski) on beach..
