Create an itinerary including Tirthan Valley
Hike through pristine nature at Tirthan Valley, a popular eco-tourism zone in the Great Himalayan National Park. Trails between isolated traditional villages across alpine meadows provide excellent hiking opportunities, with scenery including lush forests and high-altitude glaciers. The area abounds with around 250 bird species, including the rare tragopan, and snow leopards, as well as brown and black bears, can also be spotted. The valley serves as a good base for exploring the peaks, with numerous campsites to stay at along the way. Dip your feet in the cold river and admire the snow-capped peaks. The Tirthan River, abundant with trout, is a paradise for keen anglers. Find out how to plan Kullu trip without stress by asking Inspirock to help create an itinerary.

  • It's one of the wonder in Himachal Pradesh as you can live in a peaceful place with snow peaks and a beautiful river. Muc better than crowded Manali or Shimla however be careful while going there as the locals there are mostly not honest rather addicted to loot tourist.. I had a very poor experience with a home stay #Tirthan_Valley_Homestay at Gusyani. So my suggestion will be to stay in hotel run by professional so that you can enjoy the plece in peace of mind
  • Beautiful place and nice people. Food and travel options are a bit limited and expensive.
