  • Mr Ruben and his family actually lives here’s and have refurbished this house which was in ruins for 40-50 years. The moment you enter the property you feel different, going back 200 years. The furniture, walls, flooring, just make it so much interesting. The ornate gardens that are so popular in European palaces have been maintained so well and so much efforts has been made to keep it well. If history is not your thing and you are there bcoz someone in your group recommended, then stress not!!! The food here cooked by Mr Rubens wife is out of the world. True Goan 7 course meals! Oh my god the food deserves its own review. Absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong visiting this place. My kids enjoyed this place and we could explain them a bit of history, Cheers!
  • Should maintain well. Also less promoted place. It has a very good Heritage feel.
