We went as a choir and sang at the Saturday evening Mass. We had a tour of the Cathedral earlier in the day which was very informative. The Cathedral renovation is a mix of old and new and well worth.... more

Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes after the devastating fire. Beautifully restored by local skilled workers. There was a lot of "thinking outside the box" by those who planned the rebuild. Well...

A beautiful church. Unfortunately a completely horrible mass. Priest wore flip-flops and held a political talk instead of a Catholic sermon or reflection on the Gospel. Two extraordinary Eucharistic ministers, which were completely unnecessary as the church was not even half full, just took the consecrated Eucharist out of the tabernacle as if it was old toast bread from Friday morning. I was shocked. What a sad testimony of the rich Catholic faith. I recommend the church as a beautiful place of architecture but not as a place of worship.

Beautiful building that was burnt a few years ago and so peaceful inside I recommend to visit this beautiful place
