Drive from Ballarat to Cowes in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and bus; or do a combination of train and taxi. Expect a daytime high around 28°C in December, and nighttime lows around 15°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 28th (Fri) so you can drive to Tyabb.

Tyabb is a township and semi rural coastal locality in Victoria, Australia, as a part of the urban enclave on Western Port comprising Tyabb, Hastings, Bittern, Crib Point, and Somerville. Kick off your visit on the 29th (Sat): take in the exciting artwork at Marion Rosetzky Gallery, then kick back and relax at Gunnamatta Beach, and then kick back and relax at Somers Beach. On your second day here, pick up a one of a kind souvenir at Tyabb Packing House Antiques, then look for all kinds of wild species at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park, and then identify plant and animal life at Devilbend Natural Features Reserve.

You can drive from Cowes to Tyabb in 1.5 hours. In December, daytime highs in Tyabb are 28°C, while nighttime lows are 15°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 30th (Sun) so you can go by car to Melbourne.

The state of Victoria crown jewel, Melbourne boasts shaded streets, leafy residential neighborhoods, vibrant street life, and a picturesque city center.

You'll get in some beach time at St. Kilda Beach and Sandridge Beach. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Melbourne Central and Readings Book Shop.
