3 days in Kalaw Itinerary

Established by British civil servants as a summer resort, Kalaw retains much of its colonial feel.

Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Thein Taung Pagoda Monastery and Main Ma Ye' Tha-Khin-Ma Mountain. Change things up with a short trip to Pindaya Caves in Pindaya (about 1h 20 min away). There's more to do: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Hnee Paya and don't miss a visit to Shwe Oo Min Pagoda.
