5 days in Mumbai & Pune Itinerary

Kick off your visit on the 25th (Sat): take in the spiritual surroundings of Shree Siddhivinayak, then indulge in some culinary diversions at a local gastronomic tour, and then wander the streets of Colaba. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 26th (Sun): admire the landmark architecture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, take a memorable drive along Marine Drive, then enjoy the sand and surf at Chowpatty Beach, and finally take a stroll through Nariman Point.

Pune to Mumbai is an approximately 2.5-hour car ride. You can also take a train; or do a combination of train and bus. In November, daily temperatures in Mumbai can reach 40°C, while at night they dip to 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 27th (Mon) to allow time to drive to Pune.

Pune is known for historic sites, sightseeing, and museums. Your trip includes some of its best attractions: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Dagadusheth Halwai Ganapati Temple, see the interesting displays at Darshan Museum, make a trip to Laxmi Road, and admire the striking features of Shaniwar Wada.

You can drive from Mumbai to Pune in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or do a combination of bus and train. Finish your sightseeing early on the 29th (Wed) so you can travel back home.
