The small temple town of Gokarna has changed drastically in recent years.Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Kudle Beach and Paradise Beach. Get a sense of the local culture at Mahabaleswara Temple and Shree Mahaganapathi Temple. Venture out of the city with trips to Karwar (Warship Museum, Devbagh Beach, &more), Statue of Lord Shiva (in Bhatkal) and Murdeshwar (Kethapayya Narayan Temple & Statue Park). There's still lots to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Om Beach, take in the spiritual surroundings of Murdeshwar Temple, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Murudeshwar.
